Informatica Corporation (NASDAQ:INFA) declined 22.58% or $7.60 closing at $26.03. The data software and services provider missed the analyst revenue consensus estimates of $200.9 million. Revenue in the third quarter will be in the range of $189-$190 million. Large revenue decline was seen in Europe and offset by U.S. and Asia Pacific region. 20.4 million shares were traded. The sharp decline created a gap in the charts between $26.30 to $33.29

MetroPCS Communications, Inc. (NYSE:PCS) closed $0.45 higher or 3.68% at $12.69.  The wireless Broadband Mobile Communications provider continues its upward climb as Sprint may make a counterbid to rival T-Mobile Offer. PCS rose from the range of $6-7 from July 2012 to it’s current range of above $12.

NuVasive, Inc. (NASDAQ:NUVA) fell sharply $7.43 or 32.85% to $15.19. The medical device company revised its third quarter revenue outlook to $147 million. Less than its prior forecast and is below the market consensus. The decline created a trading gap between $15.05 to $22.5. Volume rises to 11.2 million compared to previous day of 962,000.
